Growing up in Quebec as the daughter of two teachers, the importance of bilingualism and of impeccable writing and communication skills was instilled in me and accordingly, I was taught English at an early age. Thanks to a natural affinity for languages and an inherent interest in the communication field, these core values subsequently developed into a career in French translation and proofreading.

For eleven years, I occupied the position of resident French Proofreader Specialist at BBDO Windsor, serving the national marketing, advertising and communication needs of Chrysler Canada Inc. This position provided me the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled professionals in providing superior quality translation services on a multitude of advertising and marketing projects – often involving extremely tight deadlines. Assets were prepared 
for use on the Internet, in print, broadcast and a variety of other applications, including complete content adaptation for French versions of the national magazines Strada and Interface.

The instilled early values and subsequent professional experience naturally lead me to launch my own company: Ortholingua. As a reflection of my own uncompromising passion for quality, Ortholingua is dedicated to offer a range of personalized linguistic services punctuated by an exceptional mastery of both languages with a particular attention to detail.
